Fanavaran Kherad Rad Company, concluding a comprehensive project management system and information, aims to lead and control all the in-hand projects effectively, through the standard approach of PMBOK. Project management system and the ending time are defined for the customer in order to achieve suitable guarantees to get to the mentioned goals and performance and executive discipline.

The company undertakes to provide comprehensive timing program according to the PMBOK process and by using project management softwares for planning and controlling such as P3, P6, and MSP, and also to lead and control the project to present needed reports of progress in accordance with the predicted plan and activity.
